Nancy Milliron – Principal Broker
“My passion is to help people: help Owners gain financial freedom via a positive cash flow from their investment properties; help Residents obtain quality housing with excellent service; and help first-time home Buyers MAKE THEIR DREAMS COME TRUE!” Nancy has been an entrepreneur for nearly 30 years. She spent 10 years in Japan after completing her business degree at UNC Chapel Hill and created a successful Japanese corporation that imported American hand made products. A Realtor since 2001, she founded Colorado Su Casa Realty LLC in 2007 and has been committed to our community for the last 9 years.
Nancy has mentored with many successful Real Estate professionals & investors including Robyn Thompson & Loral Langemeier. She is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) & a member of Business Network International (BNI). She consistently exceeds continuing education requirements for Realtors by regularly attending symposiums and events that increase her knowledge & expertise in property management.
